The Asset Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management, optimization, and maintenance of our company's assets, ensuring their maximum value and effectiveness in achieving our business objectives. This individual will work closely with the internal team providing updates, ensuring the expectations are being met, and engaging the team to solve asset issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize the performance and utilization of company assets.
• Conduct regular assessments of asset portfolios to identify opportunities for improvement and cost-saving measures.
• Monitor asset lifecycles, depreciation, and utilization, and recommend appropriate actions to maintain or enhance their value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including field operations and all other SGA roles to align asset management practices with overall business objectives.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to asset procurement, maintenance, and disposal.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to asset management.
• Develop and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to asset inventory, maintenance history, and financial performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in asset management.

Desired Skills, Certifications, and Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CMA) is a plus.
• years of experience in asset management, finance, or related field, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in asset management software, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, accounting principles, and industry standards related to asset management.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with asset management in Commercial Refrigeration or equivalent service industry
• Familiarity with sustainability and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles in asset management.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

• Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk; occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds; noise level is usually moderate.
• All employees may be required to visit a customer site and complete a ride along with a field technician.
